Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related polymer/rubber tech fields.
• Permanent, normal working hours, 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise daily latex processing operations.
• Control formulation, optimize temperature, pH, viscosity and curing cycles.
• Ensure product quality and coordinate QC/QA testing.
• Monitor raw materials usage and manage inventory of latex and chemicals.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and preventive breakdowns.
• Lead and train operators and technicians; enforce safety.
• Comply with safety, environmental and ISO requirements.
• Manage costs, monitor energy/chemical use and waste.
• Maintain production records and prepare management reports.
