Private Advertiser in Malaysia (Subang Jaya, Selangor) seeks a Technical Manager to ensure high-quality product delivery. This full-time role based in Subang Jaya focuses on technical support, product recommendations, and coordinating with R&D to drive growth and success for the organization.

The ideal candidate has a degree in polymer science or chemistry with at least 10 years in polymer/rubber industries, plus rubber product manufacturing experience and willingness to travel abroad as part of

Qualifications

Degree in Polymer Science / Chemistry.
Minimum 10 years working experience in polymer / rubber industries.
Experience in rubber product manufacturing is a plus.
Willing to undertake periodic travelling abroad and work in a global team.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers for processing problems.
Introduce or recommend best suited products for customers' operations.
Conduct in-house seminars/technical discussions for identified customers.
Indirectly promoting Company's products to achieve orders.
Follow up on sample approvals and evaluations as requested.
Coordinate with R&D / Application lab for new product evaluation and technical presentations.
