Job summary

Maybank in Kuala Lumpur seeks aPayments Product Manager to develop and review the overall payment product business model and customer segmentation by domain, including Remittance, ATM Services, Payment Services and Forex Business.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders, drive growth through new opportunities, and ensure effective end-to-end service delivery across apps, websites, branches and ATMs, while focusing on profitability, strategy, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in P&L management, product pricing (e.g. MDR, fx pricing) and managing a team.
• Familiarity with Paynet products is also a plus point.
• To control a span of different channels such as App, website, physical (branch) and ATM, and candidate should be comfortable navigating across traditional and new channels.
• Familiar with end to end customer journey, service delivery and regulatory matters across the whole payment delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience managing interactions with regulators, Payment and other agencies.
• Knowledge of branch operations, marketing and sales will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review overall Payment product business model and customer segmentation by domain (Remittance, ATM, Payment Services, Forex).
• Provide support to analyse and develop proposals for new business opportunities and resolve key operational challenges.
• Identify, develop and implement business strategy and plans to drive growth within existing products and cross-department initiatives.
• Build relationships and collaborations with key stakeholders and customers to drive business growth and brand presence.
• Continuous effort in enhancing business relationships with customers through reviewing services/facilities offered to meet requirements and market changes.
