Bybit, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a Lead AML Product Specialist, AI & Automation to improve AML workflows, systems and processes across the AML function in Kuala Lumpur.

You will partner with AML Operations, Investigations, Transaction Monitoring, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Data and Engineering to embed AI and automation, delivering measurable gains in productivity, quality and risk controls.

Formación

• 6+ years of AML, financial crime, or related experience.
• Strong AML operations knowledge including monitoring, investigations, KYC/EDD.
• Experience designing or improving AML systems, workflows or processes.
• Experience with AI, automation or data-driven solutions.
• Strong product management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate AML needs into practical technology solutions.
• Strong technology mindset and a track record of using new tools to improve how work is performed.
• Experience in crypto, payments, fintech or financial services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritise product and process improvement across AML operations.
• Review workflows to automate or simplify how work is performed.
• Drive end-to-end improvements across monitoring, investigations, KYC/EDD, and case management.
• Translate AML requirements into clear product specs for Eng, Data and AI teams.
• Embed AI tools in AML workflows and ensure day-to-day adoption.
• Track outcomes like productivity, turnaround time, and false positives.
