Job summary

Fugro is seeking a Personnel Planning Lead to oversee planning, allocation, tracking, logistics and administration for circa 130 offshore survey personnel across Southeast Asia. The role involves deployment, certification renewals, and third-party sourcing, guiding the regional Personnel Logistics Team for efficient travel and workforce coordination.

Requires higher professional education and 3–8 years in maritime crewing operations, with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in maritime crew management or crewing operations.
• Strong coordination between multiple internal teams and external suppliers.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, allocation, tracking, logistics and admin for ~130 offshore personnel.
• Manage deployment, documentation renewals, and third-party sourcing.
• Supervise the regional Personnel Logistics Team for efficient workforce coordination.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients on status and changes.
• Provide guidance and mentoring; act as senior point of contact for complex tasks.
• Ensure safety, productivity and satisfaction targets are met.
