Job summary

You will apply engineering principles to meet product and regulatory requirements, plan testing, perform design optimization, mentor the R&D team, and collaborate with suppliers and universities to support product development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D with hands-on involvement in new product design, testing and verification, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Proven experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating proof-of-concept (POC) testing related to mechanical design and product performance validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new products from concept to commercialization.
• Develop mechanical designs and engineering solutions, including tolerance stack-up and design optimization.
• Plan and execute product testing and verification activities with protocols and prototypes.
• Investigate product issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive design improvements.
• Conduct benchmarking and technology research to identify opportunities for future development.
