Job summary

Valeo Malaysia CDA Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in Penang. You will ensure safety rules, induct newcomers, schedule training, and drive QRQC, 5 WHYs, and TPM initiatives to improve equipment reliability.

You will manage daily KPIs, conduct annual appraisals and salary reviews, and promote continuous improvement through ERIM, Kaizen, and cost-effective maintenance practices in a permanent, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership and safety compliance.
• Ability to plan training actions and develop team skills.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, QRQC and 5 WHYs methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team and enforce safety rules across all activities.
• Induct newcomers and run monthly training plans.
• Coordinate QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, and red tag processes.
• Monitor certifications and manage KPI-driven performance.
• Conduct annual appraisals and salary reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and ERIM deployments.
