Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering.
- 3–8 years' experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, servo and automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians to support production objectives.
- Ensure high equipment uptime and reliability for FOL production equipment.
- Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment failures.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve performance.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
- Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
- Support new equipment installation, qualification, commissioning and technology transfers.
- Manage spare parts, maintenance documentation, calibration and safety/quality compliance.
- Mentor maintenance technicians to build a high performing team.
