Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Engineering with 2–5 years in manufacturing (food industry preferred), and has knowledge of refrigeration, baking science, GMP, HACCP and Halal standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering with 2–5 years' experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred).
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of baking science and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting to quickly resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Understand engineering tools, pneumatics and electrical systems.
• Supervise contractors and service providers.
• Ensure maintenance adheres to GMP/HACCP/Halal standards.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and supervision.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and food safety standards.
• Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Communicate effectively as a team player.
