Food Junction is seeking an Engineering Technician in Negeri Sembilan to support maintenance, servicing and repair of processing equipment. You will conduct root-cause analyses, uphold a hygienic production environment, and assist with documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP, Halal and safety policies.

The role requires 2–5 years in FMCG or food production, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Malay and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FMCG environment (food production manufacturing will be an advantage).
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to read and write Malay and English (3rd language is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving analysis and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Coaching, teaching and training ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance/servicing and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Perform checking and finding root cause of failure.
• Maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping practices (5S).
• Provide technical support to the shift technician.
• Ensure proper care in the use of equipment and supplies.
• Assist to complete necessary documentation and applications.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety and environmental laws and duty of care.
• Maintain a hygienic processing environment to deliver safe and consistent products.
