Job summary

Kee Ming Group Berhad is seeking an experienced project manager to lead electrical and mechanical engineering projects across diverse sites. You will plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget, coordinating with clients and on-site teams.

You will define objectives, scope, and deliverables, develop plans, and provide clear communications with stakeholders. Regular reports and risk management will be part of your responsibilities, with clear career progression

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Proven project management experience in the electrical and/or mechanical engineering sectors.
• Strong familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within set deadlines and budgets.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and personnel needed to achieve project goals.
• Track project progress and milestones, and deliver regular reports.
• Coach and mentor project team members, fostering accountability and growth.
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning, design, execution, testing, and commissioning of electrical projects.
