Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline relevant to software development and automation.
• Nine years or more of experience in industrial software development, control systems, and manufacturing automation.
• Experience with PLC/PC-based solutions, equipment integration, and software validation activities.
• Experience leading technical projects and supporting manufacturing equipment systems.
• Knowledge of software validation requirements within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, automation, and system integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Participates on project teams to develop clear specifications and provides formal estimates for control systems and equipment integration designs.
• Develops on-prem/cloud applications and selects control components to support production and machine integration.
• Designs control systems and PC/PLC-based solutions.
• Coordinates, monitors and documents project designs, estimates, and costs to meet delivery requirements.
• Delivers data-driven insights and dashboards to drive business results.
• Leads cross-functional teams and mentors others in best practices and software development.
