Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to design end-to-end ICT solutions and guide technical discussions with customers.

You will lead solution architecture, engage with vendors and internal teams, and support tender responses for ICT projects. The role emphasizes customer empathy, technical demos, proposal writing, and alignment of commercial and technical requirements to deliver competitive, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certifications are advantageous, such as Microsoft/Azure, AWS, VMware, Cisco, HPE/Dell/Lenovo, Veeam, Fortinet/Palo Alto, ITIL, TOGAF.
• Experience in ICT solutions and pre-sales environments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and respond to RFx requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ICT solutions based on customer requirements and objectives.
• Present proposed solutions and conduct product/solution demonstrations.
• Lead technical solutioning for RFP/RFQ/tender opportunities.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, cloud providers and partners to develop integrated solutions.
• Ensure solutions are commercially viable and aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Proposal, Project Management, Engineering and Finance teams.
