Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
• Proficient with property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily housekeeping operations, allocating team members efficiently to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, vacant rooms, and common areas to verify cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement targeted training programs.
• Lead daily housekeeping briefings and regular team meetings to communicate expectations and updates.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding room status and guest requests.
• Manage scheduling and annual leave planning to optimize resources and staffing levels.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate purchasing with finance for supplies and equipment.
• Develop, implement, and update housekeeping policies, procedures, and cleaning checklists.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, hygiene and environmental compliance standards.
• Handle and resolve guest and resident complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain training records and onboarding schedules to ensure ongoing staff development.
