Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in property development, project planning or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and interior design (ID) plans.
• Familiar with developer submission procedures to authorities.
• Understanding of local regulations, guidelines and authority requirements.
• Experience in feasibility studies, budgeting, project planning, and implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, development, implementation, and execution of property development projects from land acquisition through project completion and CCC.
• Conduct project feasibility studies, market research, financial evaluation, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
• Coordinate and manage project planning, conceptual design, product development, and master planning.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, surveyors, contractors, and authorities for approvals and licences.
• Monitor development progress to ensure delivery on schedule, quality, and budget.
• Lead consultant coordination meetings and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review architecture and ID drawings, highlight design issues and compliance.
• Prepare proposals, business cases, feasibility reports, and presentations for Management.
