Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project & Precast Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise and mixed-development property projects. You will supervise main contractors, precast teams, and engineers, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.

You will drive precast technology integration, review designs, coordinate manufacturing and on-site erection, and ensure strict adherence to safety, codes, and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in property development or principal contractor roles, with at least 3 years directly managing precast concrete construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of property development projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, baseline schedules and quality standards.
• Lead daily project operations, managing main contractors, precast sub-contractors, structural consultants and project engineers.
• Implement project governance, track KPIs, progress claims, variations and risk mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate and implement precast concrete systems to optimize timelines and labor efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and MEP consultants to maximize buildability with precast engineering.
