Zohorecruit in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a skilled Forwarding Administrator to manage and monitor import operations, liaise with government authorities, and support the Forwarding Manager. The role emphasizes compliance with MT standards, strong organization and client communication, and collaboration with subcontractors and the sales team.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in logistics/transport, has at least five years of relevant experience, and is fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Logistics/Transport or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in forwarding/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Customs Act, clearance procedures and GST.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage, expedite & monitor entire Forwarding Import operations for inbound shipments.
• Assist OGA Department in business development and dealings with government authorities.
• Audit & monitor subcontractors, associates & agents for MT quality and standards.
• Maintain close rapport with clients, port authorities, customs, haulers and agencies.
• Assist Forwarding Manager with customer enquiries and support sales on tariffs and regulations.
• Ensure smooth, professional running of Forwarding Department.
