Responsibilities include driving preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 6 years’ experience in managing Maintenance / Process Engineering.
• Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14000, safety legislation and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently with strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Facilities & Maintenance Department, including building services, M&E installations, and safety matters.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company standards for factory facilities.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of building infrastructure including structural elements and utilities.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
• Coordinate improvement works related to building upgrades, renovations, and space utilization.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production machines and facility equipment.
• Document repair techniques, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
