Job summary

ELSA is seeking a Senior Lead, Digital & IT to drive the company’s digital transformation across upstream, midstream and downstream operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, HSE and Corporate teams to deliver scalable technology and secure IT/OT environments.

The role requires 10+ years in IT/digital leadership within oil & gas, strong governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture experience to enable safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in IT/digital roles, with strong exposure to Oil & Gas operations.
• Proven leadership in digital transformation, IT governance, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud platforms, OT systems, and data/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company's Digital Roadmap.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity and IT/OT security frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with MCMC, SMA and relevant regulations.

The Lead, Digital & IT drives the company's digital transformation and oversees all Information Technology (IT) / Operational Technology (OT) operations to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology across upstream, midstream, and downstream activities. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Subsurface, Well Engineering, HSE, and Corporate teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company's Digital Roadmap.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
