Job summary

Elsa Talent seeks a Lead, Digital & IT to drive the company's digital transformation and oversee IT/OT operations across upstream, midstream, and downstream activities.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Subsurface, Well Engineering, HSE, and Corporate teams to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions that boost safety, efficiency, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in IT/digital roles with exposure to Oil & Gas operations.
• Proven leadership in digital transformation, IT governance and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud platforms, OT systems, and data analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and enterprise architecture expertise.
• Cybersecurity and risk management experience.
• Project and portfolio management with change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company's Digital Roadmap.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity and IT/OT security frameworks.
• Drive digitalisation initiatives including analytics, automation, mobility, and integrated operations.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and digital project portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with MCMC, SMA and relevant regulations.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & IT team.

The Lead, Digital & IT drives the company's digital transformation and oversees all
Information Technology (IT) / Operational Technology (OT) operations to ensure secure,
reliable, and scalable technology across upstream, midstream, and downstream
activities. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Subsurface, Well
Engineering, HSE, and Corporate teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance safety,
