Leadership and seniority in IT/digital leadership
Experience guiding digital transformation in O&G operations
Strong cybersecurity and IT governance knowledge
Experience with cloud platforms and OT systems
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinking and enterprise architecture experience
Project and portfolio management skills
Change management and digital adoption leadership

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the company's Digital Roadmap.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
Implement and enforce cybersecurity and IT/OT security frameworks.
Drive digitalisation initiatives including analytics, automation, mobility, and integrated operations.
Manage vendors, service providers, and digital project portfolios.
Ensure compliance with MCMC, SMA and relevant regulations.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & IT team.
