Pinpoint Asia leads a fintech platform seeking a hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer who will own modern infrastructure and drive radical ownership. You will manage deployments, security, and the cyber team in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled operations, architectural leadership, and a self-starter mindset in a fintech context with potential for deep technical impact and career growth.

Competenze

• 4–5+ years hands-on DevOps and infrastructure experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of modern cloud environments, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Exposure to AI and a passion for technology; adaptable and proactive.

Mansioni

• Lead Infrastructure & Security and manage the Cybersecurity team.
• Use AI tools to monitor infrastructure, automate tasks, and design secure systems.
• Oversee deployments and migrations with after-hours rotation and paid OT for weekends.
• Own the architecture and ensure the team deeply understands systems from end to end.
