Arrow Electronics in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Lead Development Associate to identify and qualify leads, supporting growth for government and technology clients. You will participate in sales training through immixUniversity.

Responsibilities include running lead-generation campaigns, setting up meetings between clients and government buyers, building ongoing relationships, and documenting activities in the CRM. A portion of OTE is variable as per the sales compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–2 years' sales or sales-related experience in electronics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, outspoken, and strong can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for immixGroup's clients.
• Set up meetings between the client and government customers; establish ongoing relationships with government and tech clients.
• Document information for all sales activities in the CRM; meet and exceed monthly performance goals.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to sales-related goals.
