Job summary

Exyte in Malaysia seeks a Senior Project Architect to lead architectural design coordination for hyperscale data center projects under a Design & Build model. You will drive integration across disciplines and ensure design deliverables meet tight schedules and budgets.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of architectural experience in large-scale industrial or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of design development, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction documentation.
• Experience with Design & Build or EPC project environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural design from concept to detailed design, ensuring compliance with requirements and codes.
• Coordinate interfaces with structural, MEP, civil, fire protection, and other disciplines.
• Align design deliverables with project schedules, budgets, and milestones; support value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire safety provisions, and industry standards.
• Provide construction support and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
