Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of applicable regulations and local authorities' requirements.
• Strong communication and liaison skills with consultants, contractors, suppliers and staff at all levels.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and maintain construction quality detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead project review, planning, implementation, progress monitoring and handover in line with budget, health, quality, safety, security and environmental standards.
• Plan macro resources and establish project-specific document control at TTDI office.
• Prepare PQP and preliminary Overall Work Programme for approval.
• Administer and manage works under the Contract.
• Oversee inspections and tests per Contract.
• Monitor and report project progress and health, quality, safety and environmental plans.
• Coordinate, review and submit progress payments to Customer and facilitate timely payments to sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Administer EOT, VO, CPO, CPC and/or LAD as applicable.
• Ensure all QMS activities are implemented for the assigned projects.
• Perform tender-related tasks: contract review, risk assessment, outsourcing planning, and obtain management approval on time.
