Job summary

Talu Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership and coordination across on-site teams.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers, develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, enforce safety, and report to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, and developing progress reports.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Projects – Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders – Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications and timelines.
• Manage Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety policies and ensure all work complies with relevant regulations.
• Resource & Schedule Management – Develop detailed project schedules, allocate manpower and materials efficiently.
• Documentation & Reporting/Presenting – Develop detailed progress reports, work program and schedule, resource allocation, and provide regular progress updates to management & client.
• Team Leadership – Supervise and guide site teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
