• 7–10 years full-cycle TA with campus hiring focus.
• Experience sourcing engineering, finance, and business profiles.
• Willingness to travel regionally for events and roadshows.
• Proficient with ATS, JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus recruitment and internship programs across Malaysian sites.
• Serve as primary liaison with universities and career centers.
• Develop executive campus outreach and employer brand presence.
• Coordinate campus visits, fairs, and site tours.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines and interview panels.
• Maintain conversion pipelines from interns to junior hires.
