The Lead BIM Modeler is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for electrical and M&E systems in data centre and infrastructure projects. You will lead in design coordination, construction planning, clash detection, and as-built documentation to ensure that all BIM models meet project requirements, technical standards, and site conditions.
The Lead BIM Modeler will work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver coordinated and buildable BIM models that support efficient project execution.
Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical and M&E systems in data centre and industrial projects using Autodesk Revit.
Model and coordinate systems including:
Lead to perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks or equivalent BIM coordination tools.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
Update BIM models based on approved drawings, RFIs, and site changes.

Take ownership of high-value Mechanical & Electrical engineering projects involving High Voltage, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Electrical Systems, ACMV & HVAC Systems, Fire Protection Systems and Extra Low Voltage Systems.
Lead projects from design coordination and planning through procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover — ensuring compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements, and statutory regulations.
Work closely with senior management, consultants, clients, utilities and subcontractors, with direct involvement in technical decisions, cost control, variation and claims management, and project scheduling.
Be supported by established project controls, safety management systems, QA/QC procedures and commercial teams — allowing you to focus on technical leadership and project delivery excellence.
