Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM3,800 – RM5,000
• Expected Monthly Income: RM4,500– RM6,000+
• Includes: Higher Commission, Retail Commission, Team Bonus, Leadership Incentives, EPF & SOCSO

Role Summary

The Lead Beauty Specialist is responsible for maintaining Peaches’ service standards while mentoring the team and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

This role leads by example through professionalism, technical excellence and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Advanced Treatments

• Perform premium facial treatments confidently.
• Handle VIP guests.
• Manage complex consultations.

Leadership

• Train Beauty Associates.
• Coach Beauty Specialists.
• Conduct monthly refresher training.
• Maintain treatment consistency.
• Assist with onboarding new staff.

Operations

• Monitor inventory usage.
• Ensure hygiene compliance.
• Ensure treatment rooms are presentation-ready.

Customer Experience

• Handle guest feedback professionally.
• Resolve service recovery situations.
• Maintain Peaches’ hospitality culture.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a personalised treatment plan if requested.

Business Development

• Help achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor rebooking performance.
• Support retail sales.
• Introduce new treatment ideas.
• Suggest seasonal campaigns.
• Provide feedback to management.

Marketing & Brand Representation

• Support photoshoots.
• Appear in promotional videos.
• Represent Peaches at events.
• Maintain Solea's visual standards throughout the spa.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years' experience.

• Passion for coaching others.
