Peaches, a modern beauty lounge in Sabah, seeks a Beauty Specialist who delivers professional treatments and creates memorable guest experiences. You will be the primary specialist in your core service while cross-training across departments and contributing to social media content.

We value friendly, professional staff with at least 2 years in beauty services, a beauty certificate, and a willingness to train in other areas. Competitive salary with commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through rebooking, add-ons, memberships, and ethical packages.
• Participate in social media content creation and product knowledge sharing.

Every Beauty Specialist has one primary specialty while being cross-trained to perform basic services across other departments.

Responsibilities

Professional Treatments

Perform treatments confidently in your area of expertise:

• Facials
• Head Spa
• Manicures and Pedicures
• Cross-trained in basic services across all departments.

Consultation

• Conduct professional skin/scalp consultations.
• Recommend suitable treatments.
• Recommend retail products.
• Build personalised treatment plans.

Customer Experience

• Learn customers' names and preferences.
• Ensure treatment rooms remain luxurious and welcoming.
• Maintain high hygiene standards.

Business Growth

• Rebooking customers.
• Recommending suitable add-on services.
• Introducing memberships.
• Selling packages ethically.

Social Media

• Participating in content creation by:
• Appearing in videos.
• Demonstrating treatments.
• Creating educational skincare content.
• Sharing product knowledge.

Requirements
