Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Beauty/Wellness industry in a manager role.
• Strong leadership and ability to train, develop and motivate staff.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multilingual abilities a plus.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven team player.
• Willing to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays.

We’re hiring a passionate and experienced Beauty Manager to lead, motivate, and elevate our team. If you have a deep love for the beauty industry, a strong track record in driving sales, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance within the beauty & wellness retail environment
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beauty consultations and by building long-term customer relationships
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve results
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and in-store hygiene in line with brand guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal staffs and SD / GSM to support business objectives, promotions, and product launches

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
