Job summary

EMAX Beauté International is seeking a passionate Beauty Manager to lead and develop our team across our Penang centers. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure brand standards in a dynamic beauty and wellness retail environment.

Join a growing network of centers, coach staff, manage visual merchandising, and collaborate on promotions and product launches. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred; willingness to work retail shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
