Job summary

Bottega Mediterranea Sdn Bhd, a non-halal Italian F&B concept in Malaysia, is seeking a passionate Bar Supervisor to support bar operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Lead daily bar activities, mentor bartenders, ensure beverage quality and stock control, and maintain hygiene and safety standards during busy service periods. Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending or bar operations experience.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Guest-focused and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Bar Operations – Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Guest Service – Provide excellent guest service and handle feedback.
• Team Supervision – Guide and support bartenders and bar runners.
• Beverage Quality – Ensure cocktails, wines and beverages meet standards.
• Stock & Inventory – Monitor bar stock, assist with counts and FIFO storage.
• Cost & Wastage – Monitor usage, breakages and wastage; report issues.
• Team Coordination – Work with FOH and Kitchen for smooth service.
• Hygiene & Safety – Maintain cleanliness and comply with SOPs.
