Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leading experience
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and service flow.
• Lead and coach team members; conduct daily briefings.
• Ensure guest service excellence and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Assist with sales targets, cost control, and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and consistent service standards.
