Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Lead Analyst, Testing (Business Analyst) in Kuala Lumpur to bridge Finance users with the Tech team and drive IT solutions. You will own requirements, testing, and UAT activities across finance systems.

Role requires proficiency with Case 360 and G400, and ability to manage timelines from discovery to Go-Live while delivering process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Interact between Finance users and Tech team to identify IT solutions.
• Write User Requirements and manage IT projects between Finance and Technology.
• Track implementation and UAT timelines, and design UAT scripts.
• Participate actively in UAT until Go-live for enhancements.
• Assist on IT solution delivery and process revamp for business initiatives.
• Discover workshops to understand user requirements, flows, and journeys.
• Analyze requirements, document processes, and revise system logic.
• Identify business needs and define actions to improve IT operations.
• Create and update system documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive SIT/UAT.
• Document requirements, evaluate scenarios, and implement changes.
• Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and define expected results.
• Analyze test outcomes and remediate defects as needed.

Lead Analyst, Testing (Business Analyst)

Proficient in Case 360 and G400 system with experience in Finance related reporting.

Able to carry out the role as a Business Finance user effectively to interact between Finance users with Tech team by identifying potential IT solutions to address Finance users’ needs and challenges.

Able to write User Requirements and deal with Technology team independently by project manage between Finance users and Technology over IT solution, tracking of implementation & UAT timeline, design UAT scripts and participate actively in UAT till Go-live date on the identified enhancements.

Assist on delivery of IT solutions / process revamp to support various business initiatives

Required to involve in discovering workshop to understand the user requirement, process flow, user journey, etc

Perform requirements analysis, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic, business processes and workflows as necessary

Identity business needs and define actions to improve the operation of a IT systems

Create and updates system documentation

Manage internal stakeholders to drives SIT / UAT

Document requirements, evaluate scenarios, and execute changes needed to respond to requirements

Identify test scenarios, develops test scripts, and creates expected results for use in test cycles

Analyse test outcomes to ensure proper management and remediation of identified defects
