Job summary

Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience, strong SDLC/Agile knowledge, and skills in SQL and Excel are preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to drive quality outcomes.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business needs and our technical capabilities. In this role, You’ll work closely with stakeholders across key departments to analyze processes, gather and document requirements, and deliver data-backed solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and product quality that make a real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to discover and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create clear user stories, functional specifications, process flowcharts, wireframes, and acceptance criteria for technical engineering teams.
• Analyze business data, user feedback, and KPIs to identify trends, evaluate project outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
• Act as a primary liaison between business leads, product managers, design teams, and software development teams.
• Support Quality Assurance (QA) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions match business objectives and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience: Fresh grad or [1–2] years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a closely related analytical role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience with data visualization and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Communication: Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills are critical. Strong verbal and written skills to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
