Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst based in Malaysia (KL) or remote with regular availability, with 3–6 years of BA experience. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, basic SQL/data mapping skills, and prior exposure to API-driven systems and integration testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Produce Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and user stories.
• Conduct workflow and process analysis.
• Work with APIs and perform basic SQL / data mapping tasks.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Liaise closely with Dev and QA teams to track issue resolution and delivery.
