Job summary

Ninja Van in Shah Alam is seeking an administrative professional to handle Return Pickup (RPU) processes, FSR case coordination, and POD/POP reporting with strict SOP adherence.

You will work closely with station staff and other stakeholders, using MS Word/Excel to manage reports, and supporting various administrative functions across the department. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma or degree in business administration or related field
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience is advantageous; strong communication and listening skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Handle Return Pickup (RPU) processes and ensure SOP compliance
• Monitor and report on RPU objectives and GDPMD / QA related programs
• Support FSR cases to meet timelines and coordinate with stakeholders
• Prepare deductions reports for POD/POP with relevant teams
• Support administrative tasks within the department and assist superior
