Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain operations.
• 4–5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale in-house last-mile operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead last-mile operations team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Drive cost control, budgeting, and pricing decisions.
• Develop and execute last-mile strategies, planning network coverage and capacity.
• Oversee daily operations, dispatch, routing, and returns management.
• Hire, train, coach, and monitor fleet and last-mile staff.
• Improve delivery quality and customer experience using data.
• Plan for peak periods and risk management.
• People leadership and workforce upskilling.
• Manage customer communications and issue resolution.
