• 10+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing diverse business operations and achieving financial targets.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated financial management expertise including budgeting, forecasting and P&L responsibility.
