Job summary

Global Doctors Clinic Langkawi is seeking a reliable Clinic Administrator to join our team in Langkawi. The role involves patient services, front desk administration, billing, and day-to-day clinic operations, working closely with doctors, nurses and management.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum SPM or diploma and strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Residents of Langkawi are preferred, with opportunities for responsibility growth within a small clinic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma/equivalent required.
• Experience in administration, healthcare, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp and office apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointments and front desk enquiries.
• Attend to telephone and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
• Handle billing, payments, receipts and daily records.
• Maintain clinic records, filing and admin documentation.
• Assist with panel and insurance-related administrative matters.
• Support stock management, purchasing and routine clinic administration.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses and management on day-to-day matters.
• Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and welcoming for patients.
