Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad is seeking an Admin/Operations Assistant for Landside Operations to support daily Landside activities at KLIA. The role covers patrols, inspections, data entry, documentation, and coordination with Officers and AOCC to ensure safe and orderly landside operations.

The incumbent will perform ground duties, report abnormal conditions, assist in traffic management, and maintain records for audits and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be able to apply safety procedures and SOPs per airport policy.
• Fresh candidates with good communication and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring & Inspection: conduct routine patrols and inspections of landside areas.
• Documentation & Data: complete inspection checklists and record observations accurately.
• Operational & Site Support: provide ground support during traffic congestion and events.
• Compliance & Service: monitor compliance by airport users and maintain professional conduct.
• Others: perform duties as directed within Landside Operations and rotate shifts.
