• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / landscape architecture.
• Practical experience with CAD, Sketchup and Lumion or 3D rendering software.
• Good creative flair and imagination.
• The ability to respond well to feedback.
• The ability to understand written and verbal specifications.
• Good language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Applicant must have own transport.
• Able to work under pressure and teamwork.
• Applicant must be able to work independently & at the same time a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and detailed drawings, tender and contract drawings.
• Attend site visits and coordination meetings to monitor progress.
