Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Land Surveyor in construction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using modern equipment to establish precise measurements and boundaries.
• Produce survey plans, maps and drawings in compliance with standards.
• Collect and analyze field data including topography and boundaries.
• Verify property boundaries and prepare documents for transactions.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to support projects.
• Maintain records of survey data and measurements.
• Inspect sites to identify surveying challenges and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with surveying regulations and calibration of instruments.
