Qualifications

• Requires completion of a two year degree or equivalent degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Engineering plus 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics.
• Bachelor's degree appears preferred by the employer.
• IATA/IMDG certification may be required based on scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Move domestic and international goods in compliance with local and international law.
• Coordinate pre-shipping instructions and work with service providers on movements.
• Coordinate shipment orders from origin to destination to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain files per shipping requirements and use logistics systems to perform duties.
• Record data measurements to identify trends and improve moves and logistics services.

Education

Two-year degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Information Systems/Engineering
