Job summary

Leaderart Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assist R&D Executive in sample material preparation, testing, and documentation control. The role includes maintaining lab stock and preparing testing reports for relevant departments.

Job description

Assist R&D Executive in sample material preparation, testing and monitoring on received test materials (e.g. refill, tip, ink, etc.); establish and maintain specification's document control procedure (e.g. Product Specification, ink formulation, etc.); maintain work area and laboratory item stock.

Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain testing analysis report and quality documents (e.g.: specification).

Distribute testing analysis report and quality document to relevant department.

Assist dept. executive levels in project study as requested.

Maintain lab cleanliness & tidiness, lab apparatus and equipment, item materials stock storage, benchmark inks, semi products and supplies.

Follow up all abnormal cases to detail.

Carry out simple investigations pertaining to product/process issues.

Perform other related duties as required.

About you

Ability to operate lab testing and inspection equipment.

Analytical skills and reporting on investigations.

Possess good mathematical skills.

Possess knowledge of chemistry.

At least SPM level.

Preferably Diploma/Degree in relevant field.

Or have working experience as lab assistant.
