Job summary

CCM Chemicals Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a capable Laboratory Analyst to support incoming, in-process and finished goods analysis, ensuring data integrity in SAP and compliance with ISO/HALAL standards.

You will prepare chemical solutions, assist in product/testing evaluation, monitor instrumentation, and uphold 5S and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• To perform analysis report test result for incoming, in process and finished goods according to instruction
• To ensure all sample and analysis information & data are entered into the Lab Analysis records
• Communicate immediately with superior/plant on any quality related matters and issues/abnormality observed during testing.
• To prepare chemicals solution according to work instruction
• Assist in product testing, product evaluation and raw material evaluation and sample preparation
• Perform analysis of Coagulant plant for batching sample and report the analysis result immediately
• To collect, perform and testing samples from tanker for each delivery for verification of quality of the product before dispatch out to customer
• To prepare the chemical standard for ICP-OES Instrument
• Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation
• Ensure PPE and safety procedures are always observes strictly and in compliance with the legal requirements and good laboratory practices
• Perform other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
• To participate in the 5s activities and ensure cleanliness of the premises and equipment
• To upkeep cleanliness of work areas, apparatus and equipments
• Records and report data in SAP System
• Perform other task and assignment as directed by superior from time to time.
• Ensure the retaines samples are kept in accordance with the requirement
• Assist in ensuring compliance to ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and HALAL standard requirement
