Qualifications

• Perform manual, physical and quality testing on samples as per SOP.
• Document testing results accurately according to SOP.
• Ensure HACCP and Good Laboratory Practice requirements are followed.
• Assist in sampling and inspection activities and prepare testing tools.
• Collaborate with production to verify quality standards and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sampling and inspection activities, when required.
• Prepare the tools and equipment for the test.
• Report any equipment defect or breakdown immediately.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements via observation and data analysis.
• Maintain compliance with FSSC, HACCP, Food Act and Regulations.

Job description

Assist in performing manual, physical and quality testing on samples collected to ensure it meets the correct specifications.

Document testing results correctly according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Ensure PPE and safety procedures are always observed and complied strictly with the requirements of HACCP and Good Laboratory Practice.

Ensure Lab facilities are in good condition and report any equipment defect or breakdown immediately.

To ensure compliance of FSSC, HACCP, Food Act and Regulations to meet stringent quality expectation by customers and regulatory bodies.

Work with production team to assess quality standards are conformed to.

Feedback and provide suggestions for potential improvements through observation and data analysis.

Perform sampling and inspection of feed to ensure it meets correct specifications.

Documenting inspection results properly according to SOP.

Assist in sampling and inspection activities, when required.

Prepare the tools and equipment for the test.

To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
