Malayan Flour Mills Berhad in Malaysia invites you to join our logistics team to support the weighbridge supervisor in coordinating purchases, transportation, and documentation for goods and raw materials.
The role focuses on organizing timely daily deliveries of finished products to branches and customers, recording weight checks, flagging discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records for monitoring, payment, and reporting. Join us to help build the workforce of the future.
To assist the Weighbridge Supervisor in managing the purchase process of goods and raw materials which include proper logistics arrangement such as documentation, transportation, handling, agency, warehousing and inspection.
To organize and manage effective and efficient daily delivery of finished products to branches and customers.
To record and monitor the weight checking process and highlight any discrepancies or variation to relevant person.
To ensure accurate records of all documents are kept for monitoring purposes, payment purposes and reports generation.
To initiate trouble shooting to resolve problems arising from logistics operation.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
