Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte.Ltd in Cyberjaya seeks a capable L2 Technical Support specialist to provide escalated technical support for WMOS and MAWM applications. The role covers monitoring, troubleshooting, deployments, and automation development.

You will work with SQL databases and scripting to maintain performance and reliability, coordinate with multiple teams, and participate in on-call incident response. Familiarity with Oracle/MySQL is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience with L2 technical support or equivalent diagnostic role.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities for operational tasks.
• Proficiency in SQL for health checks, performance validation, and basic DBA tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for WMOS and MAWM across prod and non-prod environments.
• Monitor application, server, database, and infra health using enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot issues across app, middleware, database, network, and OS.
• Support deployments, releases, patches, upgrades, and post-implementation validation.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline operations.
• Execute SQL queries and basic database health checks.
• Assist with security/compliance activities and access management.
• Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and scheduled processes.
• Participate in on-call support and incident troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical runbooks and docs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 technical support for Manhattan WMOS and MAWM applications across production and non-production environments.
• Monitor application, server, database, and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application, middleware, database, network, and operating system issues.
• Support deployments, releases, patching, upgrades, and post-implementation validation activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational and support activities.
• Execute SQL queries, database health checks, performance validation, and basic database administration tasks.
• Support certificate renewals, password rotations, user access management, and security compliance activities.
• Monitor batch jobs, integrations, interfaces, and scheduled system processes. [Manhattan...Structure | OneNote]
• Assist with Disaster Recovery testing, environment validation, and service restoration activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, network, and vendor teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in on-call support and critical incident troubleshooting.
